Sales Support Assistant
Summary
Part of an integrated team of resources assisting the Sales Support Representatives (SSR), Order Management Coordinator (OMC) and Accounts Executives (AE) on a national basis. Assists with general sales support functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Fulfills special customer requirement needs that are identified
Prepares weekly order status and shipping reports for the SSR and AE to deliver to the customer
Performs Order Backlog Management
Performs Open Purchase Order Management
Assists with forecasting - gathering of information weekly and report generation
Acts as liaison for information needed from Legal, Credit and Finance
Performs deal registration assistance and tracking
Manages documents for closing of orders requiring document signatures
Researches customer issues / invoicing questions
Provides training to backup any needs of the department
Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications
Equivalent combination accepted.
Education:
High School Education
Experience / Technical Requirements:
1 year in a related area
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication skills – oral and written presentation abilities.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to successfully work as a team and independently.

Salary Compensation Range: $42,100 to $52,600
