ERP Functional Consultant

Requirements:

  • As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will be working together with the Logicalis Asia ERP team to create and maintain document of ERP upgrading project from AX2012 to D365.
  • Continue to support remaining AX2012 users and eventual upgrade to D365 and project rollout across Asia offices.
  • Manage daily user functional support/maintenance of current Logicalis Asia ERP system.
  • Provide system administration support of ERP environment; related to customized applications, user permissions, custom objects and workflow.
  • Collaborate with Finance & Operations team, project managers and engineering team leads, and other business functions, to understand its business process and seek continuous improvement opportunities (e.g. automation) for a successful digital transformation.
  • Interact directly with regional business managers and end users to solicit requirements, analyse project objectives and executing on within scope, schedule and cost.
  • Ensure project documentation and provide training for users and newly developed functionalities.
  • Part of the data governance team to ensure quality data entry, engineering and reporting activities.

The individual and their experience:

  • Minimum work experience: 2-3 years in Dynamic 365 F&O or AX2012.
  • Knowledge in finance and accounting process is a must.
  • Having finance and accounting background.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Involved in at least one full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O or AX2012 implementation project.
