Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operations support, troubleshooting and maintenance services including servers and network issue
• On Job training will be provided
• Non-office hours emergency call support is required

 Requirements:

• Degree holder
• in telecommunications, information technology, computer science or related discipline
• Holder of Cisco CCNP and CCNA will be advantage
• Preferred with 1-2 year(s) of work experience in IT or telecommunication industry
• knowledge of networking technologies including switching, routing, firewall will be advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
