Training & Development Manager

London, Greater London (Onsite) Full-Time
Role Summary

Role Title: Training & Development Manager
Reports to: Global T&D Director
Location: Flexible, but there will be requirement to travel to our offices in Maidenhead & London

The role

It’ is an extremely exciting time in the Global Group HR team as we continue to grow and embed new and engaging solutions across Logicalis International. These include the deployment and embedding of our newly launched learning platform Logicalis Learning Space, a new leadership program and our first ever Global EVP, working with teams to bring our statement of ‘We do everything in our power to ensure you Belong, Grow & Thrive’ alive for all our people.

The role of the Training and Development manager is to collaborate with regional teams globally to design and deploy the Company T&D strategy in line with regional priorities. Working collaboratively and acting as a true T&D SME, you will think creatively and design solutions that are right for the culture and evolution of Logicalis. There are multiple key stakeholders so engagement, adaptability and building strong relationships are at the heart of this role’s success.

We are looking for someone to join our small but mighty team who has huge passion and commitment to building an engaging and learning focused culture. Someone who can work independently to drive solutions forward to success, but also who has a desire to contribute to the wider T&D and People agenda.
Accountabilities


Leadership Development


• Play a lead role in the deployment and education of the new Leadership Framework
• Drive the deployment of our new leadership program globally, offering support to countries where required.
• Own the Train the Facilitator program where countries are looking to deliver leadership development workshops locally.
• Track and monitor the impact from the various leadership programs.
• Partner with local L&D Managers to deploy the EMEA HiPo and Connected Leader programs.


Global LMS on going design, configuration, and deployment.

• Own our new global LMS platform ‘Logicalis Learning Space;’ its structure, configuration, content and learning pathways.
• Working with the T&D director and other global key stakeholders, identify the best solutions for delivering a fantastic end user experience.
• Design and lead on phase2 of the learning platform rollout, collaborating with key stakeholders on learning paths and content.
• Own the relationship with our third-party supplier to source the right content for different learning groups.
• Own and track the performance and impact; devise improvements to enhance the learner experience and increase adoption.
• Support countries with the on-going promotion of Logicalis Learning Space and the learning available.
• Use the Learning platform to drive leadership development whether part of a wider program or as standalone solutions.


Technical Team Development

• Utilising ‘Logicalis Learning Space,’ identify opportunities to deliver development solutions that support the retention of our technical workforce.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders and the T&D Director, offer seamless access to our strategic partner training modules via the Learning platform for technical development.
• Promote learning opportunities to align & support strategic initiatives.


EVP Global Deployment

• Working with each region, support the launch, deployment and embedding of the Global EVP
• What stage is each country at and what support might they need – introduce a tracker to measure progress and align this to Peakon scores.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve our peoples’ experience and deliver on our commitment of ‘We do everything in our power to ensure you Belong, Grow & Thrive.’
• Promote and role model our 5 Values – identify promotion and on-going embedding opportunities so our values truly become the way we do business.
• Support in building engagement across the organisation exploring how we better use Peakon to ensure we have strong data to shape our decisions.


Workday

• Collaborate closely with the Workday team to optimise the platforms value to the business.
• Contribute to shaping the ‘people’ tools and process so Workday can be the supporting platform.
• Contribute to Logicalis’ migration to a self-service organisation.
