职位描述：本职位主要使用专业IT监控平台对客户网络设备进行监控与管理，在发生故障时对设备的故障进行跟踪与处理。在月底和年底为客户提供网络监控管理数据做出相应的分析报告。
1.熟悉监控平台基础操作，负责实时看监控平台，看到事件后主动响应并受理；
2.通过对服务水平协议（SLA）的认识，在规定时间内响应和解决事件；
2.拨打相关报障电话，更新事件进展，直至事件解决；
3.负责接听客户电话，记录需求、报障内容并处理；
5.每月为客户提供网络服务报告；
职位要求：
1. 计算机网络以及相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2. 了解网络监控平台使用以及设备监控概念。
3. 工作认真、细致有责任心。
4. 良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神。
5. 对技术性工作有专研精神。
6. 性格开朗外向，能够快速融入团队工作与发展。
7. 有思科或其他厂商网络经验或知识者优先。
8. 有创新精神者优先。
