Before Logicalis, I worked in a large Service Provider for 5 years. In 2007 I graduated in Engineering and started at Logicalis in 2008 as a Junior Engineer. I was excited about the possibility of working with projects and always having the opportunity to learn and gain more experience. I realized that I worked with great professionals who could mentor me and I could grow with them. So I followed my technical career, studying, climbing steps and developing skills to be a Solution Architect. With the experience gained with Service Providers projects, it was a natural choice that it would be my specialization. In 2012 I completed the Cisco CCIE Service Provider certification, one significant goal of my career. Already a leader and responsible for large projects, in 2017 I challenged myself in a new CCIE Security certification, leaving my comfort zone, but with a strategy of filling gaps and venturing into a new area. As leader and architect in Brazil, I continue with the objective of solving problems, seeking solutions and opportunities, working in synergy with internal teams, partners and clients. Now, in 2021, I was promoted to Post Sales Manager and continue following the same goal as in the beginning: excellence, continuous learning and development.

I’ve started at Logicalis in 2012, after I had a small car crash with the sales director Luis Lança. After that, we’ve talked a bit, and he invited me to be part of a recruitment process he had, for his team, for an Account Manager. After a few interviews, I was selected for the role, and it was impossible to say NO to such a karmic start. After two years as a Sales Person in Logicalis, I’ve clearly understood that my fit wasn’t perfect, because of my lack of IT Knowledge, so Luis Lança asked me if I wanted to do a job rotation, and start at the presales team.

I’ve been with the team for two years, learning and growing, until I’ve decided to take a Master’s Degree on Human Resources. It’s been something I’ve always enjoyed, and I thought Logicalis was a great place to work, and needed some structure on HR: after I finished the degree, the Board invited me to move one step further, and be the responsible for a new department, on HR, as the director. I’m at this role since 2016!

I started at Promon as an intern in 2002 as a commercial engineer. In 2005 I decided to move to Milan/Italy to make an MBA to strengthen my skills around business and management. Back to Brazil, I began my path in sales, starting as an Account Manager, then Sales Manager and finally Sales Director.

In 2015 began my international career, first as Country Manager for Colombia operation and, in 2018, as the Executive Director for NOLA (North of Latin America) region, located in Mexico. In 2020 I got back to Brazil to lead digital transformation initiatives in Latin America.

Revolutionary real time


Based in Macau, Planet J is the world’s first player-centric live action role playing (LARP) theme park. Planet J wanted a technology provider to build a comprehensive solution and integrated network infrastructure from design and build to maintenance. The IT infrastructure needed to also support core networking, location identification and lighting systems.

To bring Planet J’s vision to life, Logicalis proposed a comprehensive network solution based on H3C data infrastructure, AMP structured cabling, Dell server and Citrix VDI. This provides Planet J with an updated network infrastructure capable of running multiple services from data to video streaming and high bandwidth game applications. Logicalis managed the IT infrastructure implementation and once it was built, responsible for planning the theme park’s future capacity needs and to deploy scalable, expandable solutions, ensuring that Planet J continues to increase its ROI from the network.

Improved processes


Gesto, a healthtech consulting company that uses data science to intelligently manage healthcare plans, currently holds more than 6 million healthcare plans on its database. The company recently started a project to optimize its internal customer services channels– through the Internet and telephone – which were experiencing low performance and needed better analysis of the data generated.

The company identified Logicalis as the ideal partner to reshape its data intelligence-based service architecture. Logicalis undertook an assessment on the number of calls, schedules and services available. Based on their analysis, Logicalis identified the need to improve the IT processes and services used by Gesto employees, virtualizing all applications of the plant. In this way, the company was able to ensure availability of services, improving the experience of employees.

Webjet takes flight on


With over 50% market share of the online travel agency business in Australia and New Zealand, Webjet is virtually a household name. Recognising the challenge of potential complacency, Webjet’s Board wanted to focus on the customer and customer service going forwards, and it became clear that with an overwhelmed internal IT team a future forward approach with a full-overhaul of their systems was needed.


  • - Reduced data sprawl and improved security.
  • - Reduction in co-location costs dropping from $80k a month to $20k a month.
  • - 80% of IT staff time freed from Level 1 support duties to focus on assisting users become more productive.

While technology was the easy decision, combining the cultural and business benefits for the organization was the biggest challenge of true transformation.
