The Network Engineer is responsible for the basic installation and maintenance of the CISCO / Aruba network and wireless products. The candidates will grow, learn the advanced network and security technologies, and they can make an impact to help us on the digital transform journey if they work at Logicalis.

Job Responsibilities:

• 客戶報修問題處理
• 駐點職務輪值
• 設備定期維護
• 設備檢驗測試
• 專案人力支援
• Handling with customer service requests
• Customer site resident service on shift
• Regular maintenance
• Network and security devices staging.
• Project support

Required Qualifications:

- Essential

• 資訊相關科系畢業或受過半年以上的專業職能訓練課程
• 具備基本的網路、系統與資安的基本知識
• 溝通、表達能力佳，具團隊合作精神
• 高度學習意願及服務熱忱
• Computer Science/Information Technology majors or regular IT training not less than six months
• Basic knowledge of networks, systems and security.
• Good at communication, expression skills, teamwork and coordination.
• High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for service job.

- Desirable

• 具備相關專業證照如 CCNA等
• IT相關工作經驗二年以上
• Professional certification such as CCNA etc.
• At least two years IT working experience
