Responsibilities:
- Support customer with a wide range of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) data and security products
- Assist in leading project roll out and troubleshooting for all network connectivity
- Responsible for Project Implementation, Demo & POC in advanced networking, monitoring and security solutions
- Participate in advanced networking, monitoring and security solutions
- Develop documentation and provide training to customers
- Ad-hoc emergency support during non-office hours is required
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in telecommunications, information technology, computer science or related discipline
- Holder of Cisco CCNA / CCNP certification or equivalent level
- Preferred with 1-3 year(s) of work experience about Networking / Security
- Technical knowledge on Router, Switch, Firewall, Datacenter, SDWAN, SDN, Cloud, Network Security
- Experience in programming skill for network automation (i.e., Python, RestAPI, Perl, PowerShell) will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate / less experienced candidate will also be considered for Network Support Engineer
