Job Duties

• Remotely lead IT service migration/relocation/deployment projects worldwide
• Coordinate and manage several projects at once
• In charge of defining project scope, project planning, task scheduling, monitoring/controlling project, project closing and risk management
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time with required quality standard
• Effectively communicate with customer to understand their requirements, advise the project cycle, and discuss customer acceptance criteria
• Prepare project specification and documents

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above, preferable in Information Technology, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Self-motivated, team building and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn quickly on the job and undergo training if required
• Analytical and detail-oriented in problem solving
• Fluency in verbal and written English/Cantonese/Mandarin
• Flexible working hours due to global nature of projects (projects will cover different time zones worldwide)

Preferred:

• Experience in customer service or customer facing roles
• Fluency in additional languages
• Immediate available is highly preferred
