Wir suchen ab dem 01. Januar 2025 eine zuverlässige Werkstudentin (all genders) im Bereich People Operations an unserem Standort Neu-Isenburg, die sich für Personalarbeit interessiert und richtig Lust hat, unser Team auf dem Weg zu einem einzigartigen und modernen Arbeitgeber zu unterstützen. Deine Aufgaben:- Unterstützung der Kollegen aus dem People Operations im Tagesgeschäft
- Unterstützung im Recruiting
- Fehlzeiten- und Urlaubsverwaltung
- Pflege der Mitarbeiterstammdaten und Personalakten
- Unterstützung im Rahmen von Projekten
- Studentin der BWL, der Psychologie- oder der Rechtswissenschaften bzw. einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Interesse an Personalmanagement
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent
- Eigenständige, zielorientierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Produkte, insbesondere Word und Excel
- Wohnhaft im Großraum Frankfurt (Office Präsenz)
