Your Impact & Opportunity

Based in our Singapore headquarters, you’ll spearhead field marketing strategies that amplify Logicalis’ presence within Singapore and the wider region. This role offers you the unique opportunity to blend local market expertise with regional brand building, directly contributing to our vision of becoming APAC’s premier digital transformation enabler.

Your Key Responsibilities

You’ll drive results through:

  • Creating and executing targeted demand generation campaigns (including brand, events, digital, content) that fuel our sales pipeline and revenue growth
  • Building strong partnerships with sales teams, content creators, and vendor partners to deliver marketing initiatives that resonate in market
  • Measuring campaign effectiveness and translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Reviewing plans with vendor partners to uncover opportunities for marketing funds and fulfil investment plans
  • Driving and managing internal events and communications, including win of the week, Quarterly All Hands, Sales Kick off and internal newsletters, to keep the team informed and engaged
  • Collaborating closely with the VP, Marketing Asia Pacific to create and align the field marketing strategy for the region
  • Developing and delivering impactful, relevant content for target audiences

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead Singapore’s field marketing activities while supporting broader APAC initiatives
  • Transform marketing strategies into measurable business outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external partners
  • Deliver campaigns that strengthen our brand and drive revenue growth
  • Develop local vendor partnerships to maximise marketing resources and impact
  • Enhance internal communication and employee engagement across the region

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a dynamic marketing professional with:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably in Singapore or the wider APAC region
  • Strong strategic thinking and excellent project management skills
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and leveraging partner marketing funds
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Data-driven approach to marketing with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market environment
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones
  • Passion for technology and its potential to transform businesses

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Sharp spring, Hubspot)
  • Strong content creation and storytelling abilities
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Familiarity with marketing budget management and ROI analysis
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
