Function Description:

1. Coordinate project activity for short-medium service delivery request

2. Assist project manager in the development and managing project documentation (as document controller).

3. Assist project manager in the development of project profitability with AX Timesheet.

4. Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as service completion tracking with Finance and Sales Operation

5. Supervise the project procurement process and delivery timeline

6. Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines

7. Manage tools or resources needed by internal team or contractor for project. This include equipment, mailbox, software when needed

8. Assist in project team members and contractor scheduling.

9. Participating in project progress meeting with customer and internal

10. Participating in internal project cadence with Solution Team Lead, Finance and Sales Operation

11. Participating in proposal/tender response for project management deliverable.

Skills & Experience

1. Communication and coordination with stakeholders from internal and external. 2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams

3. Entry level Project management certifications like Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and PRINCE2 Foundation is added advantage.
