Your primary focus will be to work with solutions in our portfolio which deal with:
Threat Protection - (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Server and Threat Intelligence),
Identity and Access Management - (Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID)
Information Protection - (Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Cloud App Security, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Intune)
Security Management - (Microsoft Defender XDR, Azure Policy, Microsoft Defender for Cloud).
Security Incident Events Management (SIEM) – (Microsoft Sentinel, IBM Qradar, Devo, Splunk)
Secured Connectivity – (Microsoft Entra, Zscaler, Cisco)
Cloud-based Firewall deployment – (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
Accountabilities:
Remote and on-site deployment, troubleshooting, and system integration
Deliver security workshops or training
Work on POC and production deployments
Integrate cloud applications with security products. Troubleshoot integration issues.
Provide L2 technical support to clients
Assist with pre-sales activities
Provide build document
Qualifications:
Relevant qualification: either CISSP / CompTIA Security+ / MTA / MCSA / MCSE / AZ 500 / AZ 200 / AZ 304 / AZ 700
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Relevant experience in deployment and technical support of multiple security solutions
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with deployment of Azure landing based on CAF & AWAF
O365/M365 deployment
Proficient with routing/switching concepts on Azure
