Responsibilities:

  • Support customer with a wide range of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) data and security products
  • Assist in leading project roll out and troubleshooting for all network connectivity
  • Responsible for Project Implementation, Demo & POC in advanced networking, monitoring and security solutions
  • Participate in advanced networking, monitoring and security solutions
  • Develop documentation and provide training to customers
  • Ad-hoc emergency support during non-office hours is required 

 Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in telecommunications, information technology, computer science or related discipline
  • Holder of Cisco CCNA / CCNP certification or equivalent level
  • Preferred with 1-3 year(s) of work experience about Networking / Security
  • Technical knowledge on Router, Switch, Firewall, Datacenter, SDWAN, SDN, Cloud, Network Security
  • Experience in programming skill for network automation (i.e., Python, RestAPI, Perl, PowerShell) will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduate / less experienced candidate will also be considered for Network Support Engineer
