职能描述：
1. 熟悉用户网络架构，远程调试、现场维护客户的广域网、局域网的网络与系统
2. 支持客户日常网络维护工作，同时承担相关业务设备的日常调试维护工作
3. 配合完成客户网络运维的相关工作要求，包括技术交流，方案撰写，设备配置，项目实施和产品培训等；
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业；（能力优秀者可放宽至大专）
2. 熟悉主流厂家（CISCO\H3C\HUAWEI）等路由交换、防火墙设备，并且掌握厂家设备的调试命令；
3. 熟悉网络设备、服务器、小型机的安装、调试、维护；具备网络故障的分析、判断、解决能力；
4. 具有撰写技术文档和手册能力，良好的英文阅读能力；
5. 了解Winodws/Linux；
6. 了解Zabbix或其他运维系统
7. 有ITIL V3，V4/RHCE/CCNP/CCIE证书者优先；
