Accountabilities:
An in-depth and practical understanding of networking offering- especially with Cisco technologies in DC Network, Security and WAN. A general familiarity is also expected for Campus Network and Cisco Webex platform
Ability to direct the formulation, definition and documenting of technical requirements and solution objectives for assigned projects or tenders. This includes multi-architecture solution to deliver Hybrid Workplace and Cloud-delivered Security.
Involved in preparing services delivery strategy and recommendation to internal project management team and customer.

Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to identify solution.
Good interpersonal skills; effective team player and able to present to all levels of management.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay, both orally and in writing, must have excellent presentation skills
Must be organized, detailed-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, professional and a team player
CCNP (any track) level qualification will be minimum, with Cisco Blackbelt or Cisco Specialization training.
Preferably with hands-on project experience in configuring Cisco solution in the following domain:
1. Cisco Data Centre Network (Nexus with ACI)
2. Cisco Campus (Catalyst, Meraki)
3. Cisco Network Security (Secure Firewall, Umbrella) & Access Security (Duo, ISE, Secure Connect)
4. Cisco Collaboration (Webex)
5. Cisco SDWAN (Viptela, Meraki, ThousandEyes)
Experience in solution proposal related to Zero Trust Network Access, Hybrid and Multi-Cloud Connectivity, Software-defined Networking and Hybrid Workplace.
Secondary skills with Aruba Network, Palo Alto, Zscaler, F5.
Motivated to pursue next level of technical certification.
