Job summary:

Service Delivery Assistant is responsible for all tasks of customer services, including customer communication, data file management and assisting the technical and business departments to complete service cases to achieve high customer satisfaction. Moreover, ISO 27001 and vendors’ auditing projects support and management are required. .

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service help desk
  • Able to understand customer’s request, creates ticket and passes to Tech. Service Team
  • Service cases management and tracking
  • Customer service data maintenance and regular reports management
  • Assists administrative job for Engineer and Sale to complete service cases
  • ISO 27001 and vendor auditing projects support and data management
  • Job rotation in Administration Department periodically

Required Qualifications:

- Essential

  • Majoring in information management, business administration or related fields.
  • Good communication skill and analytic skill.
  • TOEIC grade at least 500 with Business English communication ability.
  • Knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft system.
  • Proactive, team spirit, service-oriented spirit and amiable personality.
  • Able to work under pressure and fast pace.
  • Good will to pass ISO 27001 personal certification
