8+ years of dedicated experience with technologies related to the vertical’s industry
– Leadership capabilities and experience in leading and managing technical teams
– Exposure to one or more of the following disciplines: research and analysis, business
development, product development and/or project management

Qualificações

Primary Accountabilities:

Contributes to development of strategy on a technical level by providing input on customer needs, pain points, trends, etc. to product / service manager.
– Supports development of Vertical Head and Key Account Managers’ multi-year account plans by providing insight on technical area of specialization (specific product / service).

Main point of client contact for technical themes
– Interfaces with customer and internal Logicalis Horizontals pre-sales teams during sales that require
additional technical expertise for highly technical services / solutions.
– Uses technical credibility to build relationships with buyers and centers of influence.
– Communicates value proposition of products / services to clients based on highly technical knowledge
(providing a forest view as opposed to tree sized view).
– Serves as main point of client contact for technical themes throughout sales cycle.

Leads technical marketing in conjunction with KAMs

Leads proposals and closings in the field for assigned product / service sales as directed by Vertical Head / Key Account manager.
– Leads development of overall solution approach in conjunction w/ pre-sales teams from Horizontals.
– Tests solution adequacy with client technical counterparts.
– Leads, in conjunction with KAMs, marketing initiatives of a technical nature.

Proactively seeks and acts on opportunities to sell product / services.

Leads discovery and opportunity identification for assigned products / services.

Leveraging partnership with vertical head to facilitate introductions as necessary.

Facilitates handoffs and engagement w/ Horizontal delivery teams (in conjunction with engagement managers) to ensure seamless service delivery (technical stand-point).
