This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.


The HR Business Partner is a generalist and responsible to deliver our People agenda including talent acquisition, performance management and employee engagement for our Singapore operation. You will support our leaders and team on all people matters, seek to develop their capabilities to enable the business to be more engaged and productive in delivering our business results. You strive to perform in fast paced environment and value a fun and positive teamwork.




Accountabilities: 


Partner with management team to coach and support managers on employee relations and HR matters to achieve business results, upskill leadership and performance in organisation
Drive the talent management initiatives in the organisation 
o    Recruit talents, on-boarding & induction, engage and retain, exit separation 
o    Actively promote Logicalis employer value proposition to internal & external channels
o    Be an Employee advocate and drive employee engagement activities to improve motivation and retention in the organisation
Implement organisation development through supporting performance management process, development of training plan, maintain employee training records and conduct essential trainings 
Design and maintain HR policies & benefits programmes in compliance with regulatory requirements
Support all compensation benchmark, salary reviews and benefits implementation to ensure compliance with regulations, internal process & market competitiveness
Prepares and maintain payroll, employee database, reports and analysis. Ensure a high level of accuracy in all HR records and documents in compliance of all labour requirements

Support regional HR initiatives and organisational transformation projects

The Individual and their Experience:

To excel in this role, you will have a solid foundation in HR or Business Partnering, with hands-on experience in managing employee experience projects or initiatives. Your passion for people, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement will be key assets. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Proven HR experience: At least 5 years of experience working in an HR Business Partner or Employee Experience role, preferably within a fast-paced, global environment. Experience in digital transformation or IT Managed Services is highly desirable.

  • Project management skills: Demonstrable experience in leading and delivering complex, multi-site employee engagement or transformation projects from concept to completion.

  • Data analysis capabilities: You have a strong ability to interpret data from a variety of employee experience touchpoints (e.g., surveys, performance metrics, feedback loops) and translate these insights into actionable strategies.

  • Stakeholder management: Proven experience working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to build trust and influence decision-making processes. Your ability to communicate and advocate for EX priorities will be crucial.

  • Change management expertise: A track record of successfully managing change within a dynamic business environment, particularly in terms of employee engagement and culture initiatives.

  • Tech-savvy mindset: You’re comfortable working with HR tech platforms, particularly Workday and eager to explore automation or new digital solutions that can enhance our employee experience.

  • Coaching and mentoring: Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers to enhance their understanding of employee experience principles and how they can implement them to achieve better outcomes.
