Job Description:
Supporting sales team in determining security requirement by evaluating business/ customer requirements Responsible to provide pre-sales consulting for:
Incumbent will also responsible to taking customer’s technical, financial, and business requirement into consideration in order to recommend optimal configuration or solution and also deliver presentation, proposals, included with bill of material as result. You will also work closely with sales and marketing team to increase the adoption of cybersecurity solutions to customer through marketing campaigns, customer meetings, community building, and actively involved in executing Go-To-Market strategy for cybersecurity technologies.
Requirements:
Strong foundation on network / infrastructure and related security solutions.
CCNA / CCNP or equivalent network certification is preferred.
Strong technical knowledge and experience on the following products
Strong foundation in solution presentation and proposal writing.
Able to manage, and communicate with internal & external stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and business in the cybersecurity field.
Knowledge in following products is a plus point
Knowledge in infrastructure automation is a plus point
Knowledge in Linux is a plus point
Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to translate business challenges into technical solution.
Must be able to work independently and self-driven
