Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable including month/year end financial closing
- Issue customer invoice, receipt and other relevant documents needed promptly
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on collection
- Preparation of weekly cash flow forecast
- Perform monthly AR, AP, bank and intercompany and GL reconciliation
- Assist in preparation of financial reporting and disclosures
- Assist in annual audit matters
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time
- Corporate tax, SST, e-invoicing filling
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant working experience. Audit experience is preferred
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mature, committed, meticulous and a good team player with positive attitude
- Proficient with MS Office (Word & Excel) and ERP system (Microsoft AX is an advantage)
- Passionate to learn and explore new knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with all levels
