Billings

• Check the order details in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of billing
• Issue invoices and send to customers through various channels
• Process credit memos
• Verify and address any billing related queries from the stakeholders
• Responsible to examine any billing discrepancies, highlight and proactively resolve the issues

Finance Support

• Responsible for invoices and journal entries upload from Projector
• Responsible for preparing and analysis of monthly profitability, WIP, unearned revenue and unbilled revenue, in accordance with the revenue recognition policy
• Work closely with the operation teams to ensure orders properly processed and billed in a timely manner
• Complete balance sheet reconciliation adequately, highlight and proactively resolve the problematic aging items
• Responsible for internal audit measures related to vendor master
• Ad hoc reports or projects as requested

Requirements

• A strong academic background in Accountancy and Finance, with a passion for business finance and support.
• Candidates must also have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Excel, including proficiency in using Vlookup and Pivot Table functions.
• Fluency in English language is essential.
• This combination of education, passion, and technical skills makes the ideal candidate well-equipped to succeed in this role.
