Job summary:
At Logicalis Asia, we use various business applications technologies; ERP, CRM, HRM, ITSM and etc. Application enhancement and integration is an ongoing task to seamlessly streamline the process among department in Asia region.
We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our agile team of six specialists within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, supporting both internal initiatives and client-facing projects.
1.0 Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and RPA.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate/RPA, integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 (AX), Azure, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with the Business IT team on Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other data sources to build robust data models.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects and/or consultants to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Participate in client workshops, POCs, and solution demos as part of Business IT
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices within the Microsoft team.
2.0 Required Qualifications:
Essential
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Power Fx, JavaScript, JSON, and custom connectors.
- Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are highly desirable.
Optional
- Experience working in a system integration or consulting environment.
- Exposure to Python, Dynamics 365, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Gen2, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Functions.
