At Logicalis Asia, we use various business applications technologies; ERP, CRM, HRM, ITSM and etc. Application enhancement and integration is an ongoing task to seamlessly streamline the process among department in Asia region.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced programmer specializing in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, along with expertise in Azure services. Additionally, proficiency in programming RPA (Robotic Process Automation), integrating applications using APIs, and utilizing Python for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is essential for this role. Developer Specialist is required to work with end users, be capable of understanding business requirements responsible for design, development, testing and, and deploying new applications.
1.0 Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to meet business requirements.
- Utilize Azure services to build scalable and efficient cloud-based solutions, including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, and others as needed.
- Develop RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes using industry-leading RPA tools integrated with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.
- Integrate various applications and systems by developing custom APIs, connectors, and middleware solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Implement best practices for security, compliance, and performance optimization in Power Platform and Azure solutions.
- Design and develop ETL processes using Python programming language to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into target systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Communicate with project managers, users, and other business application developers to design solution integration and ensure successful application integration.
- Consults on and supports a variety of existing and emerging Integration technologies and associated services and processes.
2.0 Required Qualifications:
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with hands-on experience in designing and developing solutions.
- Understanding of Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, etc., and experience in implementing cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity in programming RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and integrating them with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.
- Experience in developing custom APIs, connectors, and middleware solutions for application integration, utilizing RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and other protocols.
- Understanding of Python programming language and experience in utilizing it for ETL processes, data manipulation, and automation tasks.
- Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies such as C#, JavaScript, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Good Understanding of Database concepts.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or similar is additional advantage.
