岗位职责
1.公司会培训员工熟悉自有监控平台基础操作，负责实时监控客户网络动态，事件发生后主动响应并受理；
2.通过对服务水平协议（SLA）的认识，在规定时间内响应和解决事件；
3.拨打相关报障电话，更新事件进展，直至事件解决；
4.负责接听客户电话，记录需求、报障内容并处理；
5.每月为客户提供网络服务报告；
职位要求：
1. 计算机网络以及相关专业，大专及以上学历。
2. 了解网络监控平台使用以及设备监控概念。
3. 工作认真、细致有责任心。
4. 良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神。
5. 对技术性工作有专研精神。
6. 有思科网络经验或知识者优先。
7. 应届毕业生优先考虑。
