Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung der Kollegen aus dem People Operations im Tagesgeschäft
• Unterstützung im Recruiting
• Fehlzeiten- und Urlaubsverwaltung
• Pflege der Mitarbeiterstammdaten und Personalakten
• Unterstützung im Rahmen von Projekten

Dein Profil:

• Student (m/w/d) der BWL, der Psychologie oder der Rechtswissenschaften bzw. einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Interesse an Personalmanagement
• Sehr rasche Auffassungsgabe
• TeamfähigkeitOrganisationstalent
• Eigenständige, zielorientierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Produkte, insbesondere Word und Excel
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
