Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive lead generation utilizing a diverse array of channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and comprehensive online research.
  • Employ strategic negotiation tactics to finalize pricing, terms, and contracts, thereby achieving revenue targets and ensuring robust account coverage within key sectors.
  • Utilize a solutions-focused approach to sales, adeptly identifying customer pain points and customizing offerings to precisely meet their unique business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough bid analysis, meticulously assessing proposed solutions in comparison to competitor landscapes to craft compelling and competitive bids for submission.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with pivotal decision-makers and influencers across target organizations, fostering trust and rapport for sustained partnership.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders within client accounts, facilitating continuous expansion and outreach to diverse business units.
  • Candidates with lesser years of experience will be considered for the Account Manager position.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in IT sales or business development with preferably 5 years and above experience in IT 
  • Experience in tender submission process (bid review, tabulation and submission)
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and managed services
  • Analytical and Creative Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
