本职位主要使用专业IT监控平台对客户网络设备进行监控与管理,在发生故障时对设备的故障进行跟踪与处理。
1.公司会培训员工熟悉自有监控平台基础操作,负责实时监控客户网络动态,事件发生后主动响应并受理
2.通过对服务水平协议(SLA)的认识,在规定时间内响应和解决事件
3.拨打相关报障电话,更新事件进展,直至事件解决
4.负责接听客户电话,记录需求、报障内容并处理
5.每月为客户提供网络服务报告
职位要求:
1. 计算机网络以及相关专业,大专及以上学历
2. 了解网络监控平台使用以及设备监控概念
3. 工作认真、细致有责任心
4. 良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神
5. 对技术性工作有专研精神
6. 有思科网络经验或知识者优先
7. 25届毕业生优先考虑。
8.毕业转正后夜班和周末班有津贴补助
