Operations Executive in Singapore at Logicalis

• Coordination with Order Processing team/Technical Delivery team on incoming and outgoing hardware delivery based on implementation schedule
• Coordination with Logistics, Vendors, forwarders , transporters and couriers on incoming and outgoing hardware deliver
• Delivery Note - Picking and packing using AX system for both Direct Drop Ship (DDS) and hardware delivery from office.  
• Delivery Note - Picking and packing using AX system for both Direct Drop Ship for vendor contract and e-licenses
• Follow up with both internal and external parties on DN doc sign-off
• Working closely with Finance on invoicing and billing triggering
• Sparings tracking and adjustment in the system
• Other ad-hoc admin task supporting the Ops team 

Requirements:

• Min 4 years of hand-on Operations and Logistics experience in the IT industry.
• Good communication skill and analytic skill.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Able to multitasking and work independently.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Dynamics AX system.
